'' we believe that women's health needs a redesign''
We all need trusted information that is empathetic to the many life transitions and roles us women face. Wouldn't it be great if these issues were broken down into actionable & manageable steps AND holistic, down to earth and dare I say it. . .stylish! We don't think any of us are asking for too much.
Do you ever feel like you are navigating the twists and turns of your health and wellness on your own, gathering tidbits here and there with no one to really pull it all together? Welcome to the club! After having our own health challenges, taking care of thousands of women and having countless conversations with our friends, sisters, mothers, aunts etc. (and all of their friends!) this is a common theme we hear.

It was heartbreaking to me and I vowed to do something so others wouldn't have to suffer like her.
